Questions about BRUNO:


Drawbar 4.45 meters long, 1.85 meters high, 1.94 meters wide - no additional driver's license required.

Bed linen or sleeping bag, sheet, towels, toiletries, food and drinks and everything your heart desires.

No. We have provided cooking and eating utensils and you bring whatever you feel like.

BRUNO doesn't have a water connection or a wet room, because it doesn't want to saddle you with extra work 😉 . Plan your adventure so that you have access to appropriate sanitary facilities at camping and camping sites.

There is a power cable in the camper for connection at the campsite. An adapter for a normal connection is also included. Furthermore, you will find a suitable extension cable, should the power connection be further away.

Yes, there is a socket in the interior.

No, BRUNO has neither heating nor air conditioning. The ideal time to travel with BRUNO is in spring, summer (in a shady spot) and fall.


Questions about booking:


In the booking plan you can see if BRUNO is free and available on your desired date. Please plan enough time for your return journey so that you can bring BRUNO back by 4 pm on the day of departure.

The booking is fixed when you pay 50% of the total cost as a deposit within 14 days of making the booking. The remaining payment is due 14 days before the start of your trip.   

When you pick up your car, you pay a security deposit of 500 € (in cash or by credit card guarantee), which corresponds to your deductible in case of damage. After your return from a hopefully dreamlike vacation you will get your deposit back immediately upon return of the intact / undamaged BRUNO.

Our BRUNO is fully insured with a deductible of EUR 500. If you want to be on the safe side regarding your planning, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

If you have already fixed your booking and against all expectations you must cancel, you will have to pay the following costs. These costs also apply in case of non-collection from BRUNO:

  • up to 30 days before travel date 50% of the rental fee

    from 29 to 15 days before date of travel 75% of the rental fee

    from 14 to 7 days before travel date 90% of the rental fee

    within 7 days before travel date 100% of the rental fee 


Questions in case of pick-up / return / accident:


You can pick up Bruno on the first day from 10.00 h - please let us know approximately when you will arrive.

On the last rental day BRUNO has to be back home until 4 pm.

Because of this reason we cannot prepare BRUNO in time for the next booker, unfortunately we have to charge you a full daily fee for 24 hours.

Yes, of course we will explain everything to you in detail and point out everything important - about 30 minutes for that.

Our BRUNO is fully insured with a deductible of EUR 500. You received the insurance data when you picked up BRUNO. If you can't find them anymore, you can look in the compartment right next to the door - there you will find everything you need. It is also in the "accident report form". As soon as you have completed the formalities with your "accident opponent", please call us immediately at +43 664 88602769.
